To visualize three dimensional data, create rotating plots. To add more information, assign observation colors and marker shapes based on the values of additional variables.


Rotating Plot

For higher dimensional data, calculate principal components from the correlation or covariance matrix. Then plot the principal components in two or three dimensions to visualize the essential structure of your data.
