Peter H. Westfall, Ph.D., Horn Professor of Statistics, Department of Information Systems
and Quantitative Sciences, Texas Tech University, has acted as a consultant for several
large pharmaceutical companies, is an author of Resampling-Based Multiple Testing:
Examples and Methods for p-Value Adjustment and Multiple Comparisons Using R, and
is former editor of The American Statistician.
He is a fellow of the American Statistical Association and the American Association for
the Advancement of Science.
Randall D. Tobias
Randall D. Tobias, Ph.D., is the Director for Linear Models Research and Development at
SAS Institute Inc. In addition to leading much of the SAS research and development for
multiple comparisons, Randy has himself developed and supported many procedures in
SAS/STATŪ and SAS/QCŪ software, including GLM, PLS, FACTEX, and OPTEX.
Russell D. Wolfinger
Russell D. Wolfinger, Ph.D., is Director of Scientific Discovery and Genomics at SAS
Institute Inc., where he has worked since 1989. Before leading SAS scientific efforts,
he authored the MIXED, MULTTEST, KDE, and NLMIXED procedures in SAS/STATŪ.
