The Society for Technical Communication (STC) advances the theory and practice of technical communication across all user abilities and media so that both businesses and customers benefit from safe, appropriate, and effective use of products, information, and services.

STC Carolina Chapter Award of Excellence

STC defines an Award of Excellence as follows: Consistently meets high standards in all areas. The entry might contain a single major flaw or a few minor flaws. The entry clearly demonstrates an exceptional understanding of technical communication principles.

Entries receiving an Excellence award are eligible for submission to the STC International Summit Competition. As of January 31, these entries have already been submitted to the STC International Summit Competition.
