Return Policy

The SAS Books Sales Department will gladly refund your money for any items you order from us within 60 days from the invoice date of your order. On the reverse side of your packing slip and invoice there are instructions for returning your items. You may return your order to us at:

Please enclose in your return shipment your invoice or a letter that indicates the invoice number and reason for return. To ensure your merchandise returns to us safely, use a sturdy carton, and ship via UPS or insured Parcel Post. (Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.)

If the original invoice was paid by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card account. Please allow approximately 30 days from the date SAS receives your return for credit to be issued.


Damages and Shortages

A report of damaged books or shortages must be received in our office within thirty (30) days of the date your shipment was received so that a claim can be filed. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a credit.

Note: SAS is not responsible for damaged books shipped via air mail, book rate, or library rate. Insurance is not available for air mail, book rate, and library rate shipments.


Duplicate Orders

In the event that duplicate orders are submitted by customer via phone or mail or a combination thereof, SAS' standard return policy shall apply including customers responsibility for shipping costs.
