Payment Options
- We require prepayment on all orders.
- We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover/NOVUS, MasterCard, and VISA.
- Customer purchase orders are accepted by SAS as an administrative convenience. Terms and conditions not agreed to in writing and signed on behalf of SAS do not apply. The Customer is responsible for duplicate orders sent to us.
- Payment is to be made in U.S. funds.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- If a quote is required, please contact us.
Shipping Information
- Shipping terms are based on FOB shipping point.
- Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
- We pay shipping charges on software.
- If ordering from the Web, the shipping total will be reflected in the second e-mail confirmation.
- Orders received after 12 Noon will be processed the next day.
- SAS Institute Inc. is not responsible for books that are damaged when they are shipped via airmail, book rate, or library rate. Insurance is not available for airmail, book-rate, or library-rate shipments.

U.S. Shipping
- Orders in the continental U.S. are shipped UPS Ground.
- Call for a price quotation for express service or for orders outside the continental U.S.
- Allow 10 business days for delivery.
Canadian Shipping
- Canadian orders are shipped UPS Express. Call for a price quotation.
- Allow 10 business days for delivery.
Note: SAS Institute is not responsible for books that are damaged when they are shipped via air mail, book rate, or library rate.
Insurance is not available for air mail, book rate, or library rate shipments.
Tax
U.S.
- SAS Institute is required to collect and remit U.S. sales taxes.
- Please add applicable sales tax to your order.
- No tax is charged on books or software shipped to AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR.
- Tax-exempt organizations: Please furnish an exemption certificate with your order, or taxes will apply.
Canada
- Tax on orders shipped to Canada will be collected upon delivery.
