NorthEast SAS® Users Group (NESUG) Annual Conference

Be sure to attend NESUG 2007 in Baltimore this November. This is the 20th conference for the NorthEast SAS® Users Group (NESUG)!

Rick Mitchell and Christianna Williams, this year's co-chairs, have organized an information-rich conference with nearly 200 presentations, posters and workshops designed to keep you up to date on the latest SAS offerings. The conference will provide practical, useful information that you can take back to work to increase the efficiency and productivity of your programs, as well as enhance the appearance of your output. NESUG 2007 will be an informative and exciting conference in a great waterfront location with presentations by leading SAS programming experts and authors. Kathy Council, Vice President of Publications for SAS Americas, will give a keynote titled "Celebrating the SAS User: A History of the Partnership Between SAS and Its User Community." Be sure to stop by the SAS Publishing display, where you can get a 20% discount on a purchase, discuss a SAS programming problem with representatives from SAS Technical Support, network with other users and find out what's in the works at SAS. Have "Breakfast with SAS" on Monday and Tuesday, when the Demo Room will open at 7 a.m., an hour before the presentations begin.

We'll also offer fun stuff and relaxed networking opportunities, such as the Get-Acquainted Mixer after the Opening Session, a very special SAS-sponsored 20th Anniversary Mixer at the National Aquarium on Monday night, a NESUG Jeopardy!-style game show with lots of audience participation and the Tuesday Night Party with the great dance band Swiftkick!

The Renaissance Harborplace Hotel is in Baltimore's lovely and bustling Inner Harbor. This is a great location within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants, places to shop and great attractions such as the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center and the USS Constellation. Only slightly further away are the American Visionary Art Museum, the B&O Railroad Museum, the Babe Ruth Museum and the Walters Art Museum — truly something for everyone!

So be sure to join the SAS programming community in Baltimore to discuss and experience the latest in what SAS has to offer, and help NESUG celebrate its 20th year! We hope to see you at the conference!
