About the SAS server:
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to connect:

| Brand new account | Allow up to 1 hour after activation and download for account to be established | After 1 hour, try logging on again. If the folders are still not visible after an hour, contact Tech Support. |
| Account Status Pending | Log in to the Control Center and select Account Details | If status is Pending, log off of the Control Center and log back on. If after 10 minutes, your status is still not Active, send e-mail to Technical Support |
| Account Status Expired | Log in to the Control Center and select Account Details | If status is Expired, your SAS Profile password used to access SAS OnDemand for Professionals has expired. (This password automatically expires after six months.) View How do I reset my password to correct this issue. |
| SAS Server temporarily down for maintenance | Check the SAS Server Status | If status is Unavailable, try again later. |
| Your license period expired. | Visit My Training to check the status of your account license. | If SAS OnDemand for Professionals is not listed, your license has expired. To renew your license, send e-mail to SAS Training. |
