Having problems logging in to the server?

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to connect:

Possible Cause: Step 1: Step 2:
Brand new account Allow up to 1 hour after activation and download for account to be established After 1 hour, try logging on again. If the folders are still not visible after an hour, contact Tech Support.
Account Status Pending Log in to the Control Center and select Account Details If status is Pending, log off of the Control Center and log back on. If after 10 minutes, your status is still not Active, send e-mail to Technical Support
Account Status Expired Log in to the Control Center and select Account Details If status is Expired, your SAS Profile password used to access SAS OnDemand for Professionals has expired. (This password automatically expires after six months.) View How do I reset my password to correct this issue.
SAS Server temporarily down for maintenance Check the SAS Server Status If status is Unavailable, try again later.
Your license period expired. Visit My Training to check the status of your account license. If SAS OnDemand for Professionals is not listed, your license has expired. To renew your license, send e-mail to SAS Training.
