Problem Note 9954: Invalid syntax error may occur in Query builder using Japanese version
of Enterprise Guide
You may receive an invalid syntax error in the edit filter condition
window in the query builder of Enterprise Guide. This can occur when
using Enterprise Guide with a Japanese version of a SAS server on MVA.
