Usage Note 9936: Enterprise Guide projects saved with hot fix 20EG11 applied are not
backward compatible
Projects which have been saved after applying hot fix 20EG11 to
Enterprise Guide 2.0 cannot be opened with any prior installation of
Enterprise Guide that does not have hot fix 20EG11 applied. These
projects are not backward compatible and will fail to open unless the
20EG11 hot fix has been applied.
The following message may be displayed when attempting to open a
project:
Unexpected file format.
Failed to open "C:\Documents and Settings\userid\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKxxx\project_name.seg".
To correct the problem, apply the Technical Support hot fix (20EG11)
for Enterprise Guide 2.0:
