Problem Note 9835: PROC OPTEX fails to output correct design with the NUMBER=*BEST options
on the OUTPUT statement when using CRITERION=A
PROC OPTEX fails to output the correct design when specifying an OUTPUT
statement for CRITERION=A with any of the NUMBER=*BEST options,
where * can be G,A,D or V.
To circumvent the problem, you can visually examine the table of
efficiencies and explicitly set NUMBER=n in the OUTPUT statement to
output the one with maximal D-, A-, or G- efficiency for NUMBER=DBEST,
ABEST or GBEST or the one with the minimum Average Prediction Standard
Error for NUMBER=VBEST.
