Problem Note 9781: Update may be lost if modify input field and then scroll with PageDown
or PageUp
Within a SAS/AF FRAME entry, if you modify a column that is linked to a
Version 6 legacy input field widget in either a Version 6 Data Form
object or a Form Viewer control and then immediately press either
PageDown or PageUp, the last update may not be saved. However, if you
press ENTER or click anywhere within the frame before pressing PageDown
or PageUp, the last update is saved.
To circumvent the problem, you can assign the FORWARD and BACKWARD
commands to function keys and scroll using those keys instead of using
PageDown and PageUp. Another circumvention is to replace the input
fields with text entry controls.
