Usage Note 9675: Informat reads trailing minus sign for numerics
Starting with SAS 9, the TRAILSGNw. informat is available to read
numeric values that contain a trailing minus sign. The w.d informat
handles leading minus signs, but does not allow for trailing minus
signs.
