Problem Note 9552: May be unable to assign library for OS/390 using Enterprise Guide
The following error may occur when attempting to reference a library
when using Enterprise Guide connected to a SAS server on OS/390:
Error: Libname XXXX is not assigned.
The error may occur even though the library was created in the
Administrator with the option 'Assign at server startup' selected.
To circumvent the problem, add the LIBNAME statement in the Properties
window of the remote SAS server on the Options tab under 'SAS Server
Startup Statements'.
