Usage Note 9448: Enterprise Guide 2.0 MVS bound library has DISP=OLD and cannot be
accessed by more than one user
The following error may occur when using Enterprise Guide 2.0 to access
an MVS bound library:
Code: 0x80041001
Desc: ERROR: SVC99 error rc=4, reason=0210 : IKJ56225I DATA SET
SAS8.SASUSER ALREADY IN USE, TRY LATER+IKJ56225I DATA SET IS
ALLOCATED TO ANOTHER JOB OR USER.
This message may appear when testing an MVS bound library from the
Enterprise Guide 2.0 administrator. This error appears because the
first user has allocated the library as DISP=OLD instead of DISP=SHR as
is the case in earlier versions of Enterprise Guide.

Hot fix 20EG03 is a prerequisite for this hot fix. 20EG03 MUST be
