Problem Note 9286: Lack of transcoding support for GBK charset causes problems
In SAS Release 8.2 TS2MO with DBCS support, there is a lack of
transcoding support for the GBK charset.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 (TS2M0) (with
Asian Language Support) for this issue is available at:
