Problem Note 9046: CPSETHAX is not useful for datetime ranges
CPSETHAX does not work as documented in the case where the variable on
the axis is DATETIME. It calculates the ending point of the axis as
EXTEND * MAX_VALUE_OF_VAR, which in the case of a current datetime and
the default EXTEND value of 1.5, results in an ending datetime 21 years
from now.
