Problem Note 9028: Need to support LTCUTOFF parameter when CPRUNRPT is executed from
CPXHTML
CPEXCEPT evaluates exception rules and creates an exception 'results'
data set. This data set contains, amongst other variables, the LTCUTOFF
value with which the rule was defined. When CPXHTML is subsequently run
against this data set, it generates and executes CPRUNRPT macros for any
reports listed in the recommendation placeholders. However, we do not
query the value of LTCUTOFF and use it when we generate those CPRUNRPT
macros. This could result in misleading graphs, since the exception
reports take LTCUTOFF into account, but the recommended reports that it
executes do not.
