Problem Note 9005: Missing values can cause PROC FORMAT errors in the CPSPEC macro
At least one invocation of %CPSPEC can result in an error during PROC
FORMAT:
MPRINT(CPSPEC): proc format cntlin=tempfmt;
ERROR: Cannot mix missing and non-missing values in the same range:
LOW<-
..
MPRINT(CPSPEC): run;
This only happens when all data is missing.
