Problem Note 8971: Unable to import a .txt file from MVS using SAS® Enterprise Guide®
You might be unable to import .txt files on MVS when using SAS Enterprise
Guide. The problem will most likely occur if the DCB RECFM is not VB.
To attempt to circumvent the problem, give the text file a setting of
RECFM=VB and then import the file into SAS Enterprise Guide.
