Problem Note 8938: No results returned or connection fails when opening an OLE DB
Connection in ArcCATALOG or ArcMAP
When opening an OLE DB connection to SAS created by the IOM Data
Provider in either ArcCATALOG or ArcMAP, the connection will either
fail or not return any results.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 for this
issue is available at:

For customers running SAS with Asian Language Support (DBCS), this
