Problem Note 8918: Support for Hebrew configured machines used by Enterprise

There is now a hot fix for Enterprise Guide to allow support for Hebrew
configured machines.
A Technical Support hot fix for Enterprise Guide 2.0 for this
issue is available at:

Hot fix 20EG03 MUST also be applied for the Hebrew support to become
fully functional:
