When extracting an ODS table from SAP BW which contains InfoObjects with
compound keys, the following nuisance error will be written to the SAS
log:

 ERROR: Table /BI0/SSTOR_LOC with variable PLANT is not available in
 Fields Metadata table.

 WARNING: The InfoObject 0STOR_LOC does not have a compound key.

This error message does not affect the functionality of the data
extract.  After applying this hot fix, the error will no longer be
written to the SAS log.
