Problem Note 8697: NAT3061 error when creating ADABAS descriptor using 4 digit SYSFILE parm
A NAT3061 error can occur when attempting to create an ADABAS access
descriptor and supplying a 2-byte SYSFILE value. Currently, the largest
SYSFILE value supported is 255.
One work-around for the problem would be to assign the ADABAS SYSTEM
file number to be 255, or less.
