Problem Note 8683: PROC NLMIXED fails to process all levels of BY variable when a floating
point overflow error occurs
When BY-group processing is done in PROC NLMIXED and the procedure
encounters a floating point overflow error, the procedure will terminate
and will not proceed to the next level of the BY variable.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
