A data extraction performed against an InfoCube which contains the
InfoObject 0SOURSYSTEM fails in SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP BW when
attempting to create formats for class variables.

An error similar to the following occurs:

  ERROR:  Table TBDLST with variable SOURSYSTEM is not available in
          Fields Metadata table.

  ERROR:  A failure occurred while creating the class variable formats
          for InfoCube F_CO_COSP.
