Usage Note 7182: YEAR, MONTH and DAY functions may be passed to DB2
In certain instances, the YEAR, MONTH and DAY functions will be passed
to DB2 when using the libname engine. This will allow the DBMS to
process the function rather than having SAS process it.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 for this
