Usage Note 7997: Copying catalogs with quotas enabled does not report when quotas have
been exceeded
When copying SAS catalogs with disk quotas enabled, the
SAS log gives no indication when quotas are exceeded.
However, a partial catalog is created.
When running SAS in interactive linemode and copying
the catalogs, an out-of-resources message will display on
the screen, but this message is not reported in the log
file.
When running in batch, the process will hang in an LEF
state and the job never completes.
The expected behavior would be an error message in
the log stating "Insufficient space in LIBNAME.MEMBER.CATALOG".
