Problem Note 7937: QUIESCE and STOP commands fail to function within PROC OPERATE
In SAS 9 of SAS/SHARE Software, the following error message appears
when you issue PROC OPERATE commands QUIESCE USER, STOP USER, or QUIESCE
SERVER:
YHRCQA: Unexpected WARNING 00000002 from FCB.FCODE :
ERROR: INTERNAL ERROR - YP UNABLE TO FORMAT MESSAGE.
The above noted PROC OPERATE commands are not functional. No current
library assignments or opens (for the STOP case) are released and no
user sessions are terminated.
There is no present circumvention for this problem.
