Problem Note 7732: Abnormal Termination in PROC CATMOD when response effects have long
variable names
PROC CATMOD may terminate abnormally if the definition of the _RESPONSE_
effect becomes too large. The internal definition can only store 256
characters for the _RESPONSE_ effect and if this limit is exceeded, the
procedure may terminate with an error such as a segmentation or read
access violation.
