Problem Note 7709: PROC TABULATE prints 'AND' in page heading section of table in listing
output
In Version 6, if you cross variables using the asterisk operator in the
page dimension, a blank label on each of the variables in the crossing
causes both the variable names and the word 'AND' not to print in the
page heading section of the table. In Version 8, blanking out the labels
does not remove the word 'AND' from printing in the listing or MONOSPACE
destination.
By default word 'AND' does not print in other ODS destinations.
