Problem Note 7565: CPREDUCE fails to restart MONTH level of the PDB after a timeout
In IT Service Vision, %CPREDUCE fails after having written observations
to the table MONTH.tablenmP, but before having written new observations
to MONTH.tablenmD when a timeout occurs. The restart logic in %CPREDUCE
appears to succeed but it clears out all observations from
MONTH.tablenmD and MONTH.tablenmP, and fails to re-add observations
from staging data in PDBWORK.
