In IT Service Vision, it is possible to receive the following error when
using the CPBYGRAF macro when a title line contains an ampersand:

   ERROR: A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or %IF
          condition where a numeric operand is required. The condition
          was:
          %bquote(&t1&t2&t3) ne %bquote(...)
          condition was:       %bquote(&t1&t2&t3) ne %bquote(...)

   ERROR: The macro CPBYGRAF will stop executing.

This error is not generated if %NRBQUOTE is used instead of %BQUOTE.

This problem is fixed in Release 2.6 of IT Service Vision.
