Problem Note 7035: DBCS version of SAS fails to send Japanese characters with Lotus Notes
email
The SAS email interface fails to send double-byte characters
(Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) when you send email from the SAS system.
The problem occurs when using the VIM protocol with Lotus Notes email.
To circumvent the problem, upgrade to a later version of Lotus Notes
that supports MAPI protocol.
