The following table lists the recommended Public Java Runtime Environment 1.8.0 (Java 8) versions for SAS Enterprise Miner via Java Web Start (from release 13.2 to 15.1). Use this table to avoid issues that can occur with non-listed versions:

Note: The Java Web Start functionality is deprecated in SAS Enterprise Miner version 15.2 and later. In those releases, it has been replaced by a new stand-alone, independent thick-client application that can be downloaded and installed on users' client machines via the Java Web Start status page. Your SAS administrator must set up the status page correctly for this to work. See the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ 15.2: Administration and Configuration guide.
