Problem Note 6986: Version 8 on CMS does not recognize Version 5 style user-written formats
and informats
Version 8 of the SAS System on CMS will not recognize user-written
formats and informats created under Version 5 of SAS. These formats and
informats exist as loose TEXT files or as a CMS text library (TXTLIB).
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 TSLEVEL TS2M0 for this
