Problem Note 6936: IT Charge Manager Rate Model Selection window may not display rate model
In Release 2.3 of IT Charge Manager, if a new rate model is added into
IT Charge Manager and the name of the rate mode is longer than 7
characters (maximum is 8), the Rate Model Selection window does not
display it.
To correct this problem, apply the required fix pack available at:
