Problem Note 6917: The description of the customer name key length is incorrect in IT
Charge Manager
The description of customer name key length in IT Charge Manager can
only be set from 1 to 72 characters in length. Instead, it should allow
up to 200 characters.
To correct this problem, apply the required fix pack available at:
