Problem Note 6786: ERROR when IT Service Vision 2.5 started, but exited before selecting a
PDB
If you start IT Service Vision 2.5 but exit without selecting an active
PDB, you may receive an error similiar to the following:
ENTRY statement passed wrong number of parameters
Arguments received by ENTRY:
1 level = 1
2 linkactive = .
3 SIGNOFF = 1
Program returning prematurely at line 11
