Problem Note 6785: "Warning: Client could not be resized to fit client area..." in IT
Service Vision
When building reports in IT Service Vision, the following
warning may appear when the "Subset Data" window is opened:
WARNING: Client could not be resized to fit client area;
client will be hidden.
To solve this problem, use a larger font. One method of
obtaining a larger font is to start SAS without starting
SAS ITSV, then go to the Program Editor window
and select the Tools->Options->Fonts pmenu.
