Problem Note 6780: WELCOME.HTM file should be recreated for all report output
In IT Service Vision Release 2.5, if a web tree is created using the
%CPHTREE macro, then a report is written to a directory in the tree
using a report macro such as CPPRINT, the report may not appear.
This is because the %CPHTREE macro creates a WELCOME.HTM file with a
different structure than the typical WELCOME.HTM file. Unless the
%CPWEBINI macro is executed against the directory, the WELCOME.HTM file
is not rewritten.
