Problem Note 6779: OUTTYPE=ascii does not work in CPSRCRPT without upcasing
In IT Service Vision Release 2.5, specifying OUTTYPE=ascii (in lower
case) does not work in CPSRCRPT.
The circumvention is to specify OUTTYPE=ASCII (in upper case).
