Usage Note 6763: ITSV WEBHTML IE 5.5
If you access an ITSV web gallery via a network path rather than through
a webserver (for example: \\MachineName\pdbs\.....\output.html), all the
output frames may not load properly. The GROUP frame may be displayed,
but the BY-menu frame beneath it may not load.
Selecting different output and refreshing the browser may sometimes
cause that output to load, or refreshing may do nothing. The problem is
typically caused by network delays.
