Usage Note 6762: Weblog Exception rules BY list discrepancy
There are several weblog exception rules that trigger too many
exceptions due to a discrepancy between the rule's BY list and the
table's BY list. The reason for the discrepancy is that the rule's
original table is no longer kept by default and a new table was selected
that has a different BY list. As a result, the rule triggers too many
exceptions because the data has a new sort order. Unfortunately, this
particular problem cannot be fixed by updating the rule's BY
list. The reason is that the new table's first BY variable is DATETIME.
To circumvent the problem, the order of the BY list needs to be changed
so that DATETIME is at the end rather than the beginning of the list.
