Problem Note 6684: TSO timeouts not honored with SAS/CONNECT sessions
When using a traditional SAS/CONNECT session in Version 8 and above of
the SAS System where the remote host is OS/390, TSO timeouts are not
honored, and the remote SAS session will not time out.
SAS/CONNECT sessions that make use of the OS/390 spawner also do not
timeout. However, because they are running in a BPX region, they are
this way by design.
