Problem Note 6626: Invalid Operation error possible with BOUNDS and OUTPUT statements in
PROC NLIN
If you have both a BOUNDS and an OUTPUT statement and have a _WEIGHT_
variable, you may get:
Error: Invalid operation
In order for this error to occur, at least one bound must be active.
