Problem Note 6566: SAS SHARE server abends with S0C4 in VSRACR1
The SAS SHARE server may abend with a S0C4 when accessing an indexed SAS
data library. The JES messages log will show the abends occurring in
various active load modules including SASHOST, SASXA1, and SASE7XRT.
System dumps in this particular case pointed to VSRACR1.
The SHARE server or SASLOGs may contain the following errors:
ERROR: Communication Subsystem Request Parameter Error:Invalid
conversation identifier
ERROR: Attempt to process a deleted record from file XXXXXX.XXXXXX
ERROR: Bad index chain for index....
To eliminate masking of the problem, please ensure you have the options
mentioned in SAS Note #006444 and SAS Note #004496 turned off.
