Problem Note 6439: Incorrect results when BY statement and AGGREGATE= option used together
If you use the AGGREGATE= option in the MODEL statement together with
the BY statement, results of analyses on all BY groups may be incorrect.
The problem affects all statistics. To avoid the problem, either the
AGGREGATE= option or the BY statement must be removed. If you are
fitting a logistic or probit model, use the BY statement and AGGREGATE=
option in PROC LOGISTIC instead of PROC GENMOD.
