Within a SAS/AF application, if you have a custom pmenu that invokes a
second menu before actually issuing the OUTPUT command to go to the
Output window, then issuing the END command from the Output window may
return you to the Program Editor window instead of the AF window.

To circumvent the problem, remove the second menu that the custom pmenu
displays and issue the OUTPUT command directly from the item selected on
the pmenu.

We have also seen this problem if a MENU calls a PROGRAM entry and the
PROGRAM entry generates output and takes you to the Output window.
