Problem Note 6100: Invalid package files (*.spk) are generated when running with Asian
Language Support (DBCS) installed
In SAS Release 8.2 with DBCS Support, packages created may be invalid
due to the handling of DBCS characters. If you get the error:
ViewCmd status FAILED, reason = null does not implement AtkCommand
interface
while attempting to view the package with the SAS/Package Viewer, then
you will need to install this fix and regenerate the package.
