Usage Note 6099: SAR collector does not process a rollover SAR file correctly
The SAR collector may produce incorrect values when the data rolls
over into another day. For example, if you start SAR at 15:00 on 23Oct
and stop it at 05:00 on 24Oct, the data should include the values
'23OCT01:00' and '24OCT01:00'. Instead, the data is populated as
'01OCT23:00' and '01OCT24:00', where the day and year have been
reversed.
To circumvent the problem, always stop a SAR file at midnight.
